Grappa
Grappa ist das Destillat, das aus den vergorenen Beerenschalen der Weintrauben gewonnen wird. Die Duftstoffe der Trauben sind vorallem in deren Beerenschale eingelagert. Deshalb sind Grappas auch immer sehr intensiv. Der Grappa ist hervorragend zur Verdaungsanregung nach dem Essen geeignet. Man unterscheidet rebsortenreine und "normale" Grappas, die aus mehreren Rebsorten hergestellt werden. Grappas aus Weissweinrebsorten sind oft etwas eleganter und im Duft manchmal klarer definiert als Grappas die aus den Beerenschalen von Rotweintrauben hergestellt werden.
